Biotech company specialized in the development of new therapeutic treatments for unmet medical needs is looking for a perfectly bilingual Executive Assistant/Office Manager to provide organizational and administrative support to the CEO and the Leadership Team.

- Liaison with the Board of Directors
- Full management of the Paris office
- Provide administrative assistance, such as travel expenses, writing and editing emails, drafting memos and preparing communications on the executive's behalf
- Maintain comprehensive and accurate corporate records, documents and reports
- Orchestrate strategic meetings and team building events
- Coordinate travel arrangements and create trip itineraries
- Create PowerPoint presentations for the CEO
- Welcome visitors and identify the purpose of their visit

Profil du candidat
Prior Experience:
- At least 3 to 5 years in a role reporting directly to the CEO or the Senior Director
- Strong experience of office procedures/office management systems
- Previous successful experience in a pharmaceutical/healthcare company
- Experience in a listed public company
Languages:
- Fluent in French
- Fluent in English
